Frontier hopes to be able to resume admitting from New York as soon as the New York State Education Department reviews and approves our application. Please use Internet Explorer when filling out this application. All application packets must be received in-house by the published deadline date. Items that have been postmarked by the deadline date and received afterwards -will not meet the deadline requirement. You have the ability to Save and continue this application at a later time. Do not click "Submit Application" unless you have all of the required fields filled.

This information assists the school in developing strategic initiatives to assist our students to be successful. The following questions are optional.
MSN/PGC Applicants - You are applying to a specific term and if an offer of admission is extended to you, the Bound Orientation date you are assigned and required to attend may be one of the four listed below. It is imperative to make arrangements to attend the Bound Orientation date assigned to you. Requests to switch Bound Orientation dates is not an option. If you cannot attend the Bound Orientation date assigned to you, you will need to cancel your application and re-enter the applicant pool, if eligible. Please contact your Admissions Officer for the particulars regarding this process. Bridge/DNP Applicants – As listed below, there is only one Bound Orientation date option for Bridge/DNP applicants. If an offer of admission is extended to you will be required to attend Bound/Orientation on that date. Frontier Nursing University cannot confirm its programs meet individual state requirements for professional licensure. Students and applicants should contact the licensing boards in their state of residence or any state in which they may reside in the future, to determine whether the programs meet state requirements for licensure. Background Check Please be advised, a background check is the final step in completing your admission criteria to FNU (background checks are not required for non-matriculating applicants). Applicants who receive an offer of admission will be required to complete a background check. The offer of admission will include instructions for completing the background check. Applicants with a felony conviction will not be admitted. No exceptions. Applicants with a non-felony conviction must submit a written statement outlining the conviction and will be considered on an individual basis.
